Deposit - Rental/Security deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your reservation. These funds will be refunded upon the inspection of the camp, approximately one week following your camp dates. Cancellation - Should you cancel an event, refund of rental deposit monies (or portion thereof) will be issued only upon FWCC renting the same date to another party. Important - Frazier Woods is located in a snow area. If it happens to snow when you are booked, you will be responsible for the cost of clearing the road (cost varies from $150 to $300) or you may try to enter at your own risk. (Chains may be required and are always a good idea.) |
